These terms cover darkmetalfont.com and the font licenses sold here. Buying a font gives you a license to use it. It does not transfer ownership of the font files.
01 Agreement
By using this website, you have read and agree to these terms.
We may update them. The new version is posted on this page. Keep checking it. Using the site after a change means you accept the update.
02 Fonts and licenses
Fonts and licenses are provided as is, without an express or implied warranty.
A license is valid only after purchase. Standard, Extended & Logo, and Corporate each allow a different scope of use. That scope is on the license page. Where a license tier and these terms describe the same use, the license page states what that tier permits. The font files themselves are covered by the EULA.
03 Ownership
You do not own the font software. You receive a license to use it.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the font files. You may not register a Dark Metal Font name or mark as your own trademark.
Logos, outlines, and finished designs are allowed only inside the license you bought.
04 Refunds and chargebacks
Font files are digital. After purchase there is no right to cancel or refund, including when a font is later offered for free here or somewhere else.
Any refund is at our discretion. Do not start a chargeback with your payment provider. Payments for these fonts are final.
